The information in the Application will be used to explain the services offered and to undertake any connection and disconnection services authorised.

All sections of the application must be completed to provide the services. If you do not complete all relevant sections of the Application, we may not be able to process the Application or provide you with a particular service. We will primarily use and disclose the information in the Application for the purpose of arranging for the connection and disconnection of the nominated utility services ("the Services"). We may disclose information contained in the Application to the utility companies for the purpose of completing the connections/disconnection and to obtain confirmation of the connection/disconnection. We only provide to the utility companies the information they require and no more. We may also disclose your information to third parties that DCA uses in the ordinary administration or promotion of the connection and disconnection services. These third parties may use the information for their own marketing and promotion purposes. We will not disclose your information to any other third party, unless required to achieve the purposes stated above or required by law. We will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that third parties to whom we disclose your information are bound by confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements, if they are not otherwise required to adhere to the Privacy Act 1988 ("the Act"). We may also use the information in this Application for related purposes which you would reasonably expect, such as providing you with details about other services offered by us, as well as any promotions or offers that may be of interest to you.
