The Promoter

Dates of promotion and draws

2. The promotion commences on 15/08/2007 and closes at 1:40 pm on 30/11/2007. The final draw will take place on 03 December 2007. 3. There will be one draw to select the 10 winners of the Direct Connect Pre-paid VISA Card 4. Each prize draw will take place at Direct Connect's offices at 15 Shierlaw Avenue, Canterbury, Victoria 3126.

Prize Draw Details

5. The prize draw will take place on 03 December at 2 pm. Winners will be notified by telephone and confirmation will be sent by mail. 6. The prize on offer is a Direct Connect Pre-paid VISA card with $1000 with 10 winners to be selected from one draw. 7. Each prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to take or use the prize as stated. 8. The Promoter shall not be liable for loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking any of the prizes, except for any liability that can not be excluded by law. 9. The details of each prize winner will be published in "The Age", "Sydney Morning Herald", "Courier Mail" or "The Advertiser" newspapers the following Saturday to the prize being drawn

Entry into prize draws

10. You will automatically be entered into the prize draw provided that: (a) you have agreed to have one or more of your utilities connected by Direct Connect and its suppliers using the Quick Connect website found at http://landing.directconnect.com.au; or (b) you have registered with Direct Connect's Moving Tracker also found at http://landing.directconnect.com.au. (c) you are a resident of the Australian Capital Territory, New South Wales, South Australia, Queensland or Victoria. 11. In relation to each prize draw, the Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 12. If you do not want to be automatically entered in any prize draws, please call Direct Connect on 1300 664 715.

Ineligibility

13. You will be ineligible to enter if: (a) you are an employee of the Promoter or have been involved in the development or execution of this promotion.

Personal information

14. In order to conduct the promotion, the Promoter: (a) uses name and contact information collected from you for purposes relating to and arising out of connection of your utilities by Direct Connect; (b) may disclose your personal contact information to organisations engaged to assist with the promotion and to relevant Victorian State lottery departments and authorities; (c) will cause winners' names to be published as required by relevant legislation; and (d) may otherwise use and disclose your personal contact information as required or authorised by law. The Promoter may also use and disclose your personal information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes as detailed in clause 15. A request to access, update or correct your personal contact information should be directed to Direct Connect.

Publicity

15. In accepting any prize in this Promotion you agree without any further payment or compensation to you to participate in any promotional, marketing and publicity arrangements made by or on behalf of the Promoter.
